The national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Gulf Air, has been the title sponsor of the Formula One Grand Prix since its first race in the Kingdom in 2004. This year Gulf Air is again the title sponsor of the 2013 Formula1 Bahrain Gulf Air Grand Prix and continues to aptly promote Bahrain as the home of motorsports in the Middle East.
