This three-session workshop teaches the history of Arabic calligraphy, its main fonts, and its types of scripts, diving specifically into the Diwani script and its rules.

Participants are introduced to the tools used in calligraphy and how to employ each to different types of scripts. They are also taught on how to write the letters and their connections, based on the guidelines of the Diwani script.
