Lanterns of Hội An at Monsoon

Monsoon restaurant, Adliya, is bringing the lantern-lit charm of Hội An to Bahrain.

The lanterns are being lit at Monsoon, setting the scene for 17 festive evenings inspired by the flavours and traditions of Vietnam. The Asian cuisine specialist is bringing a taste of Vietnam to the menu, featuring Mực Chiên Giòn Vàng — Patagonian squid fried to a shattering crisp, tossed in fragrant salt with fresh herbs and served with mango nước chấm (Vietnamese dipping sauce).
