The Muharraq Nights festival is a key highlight of the annual Celebrate Bahrain season, brilliantly transforming the historic Pearling Path in Muharraq.

The highly anticipated Muharraq Nights Festival returns to the Pearling Path, hosted jointly by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities and the Shaikh Ebrahim Center.

Transforming the city's historic streets and alleys into a vibrant cultural nexus, the festival is a dazzling celebration spanning art, design, fashion, crafts, music, food, and history.

The magic unfolds across Muharraq's historic neighborhoods, stretching from the Pearling Path Visitor and Experience Centre all the way to Siyadi Majlis. Key venues include the Shaikh Ebrahim Center, the Archaeologies of Green pavilion, Public Squares, Souq Al Qaisariya, and Amarat Fakhro.

Parking

  • Muharraq Nights Parking (between the two bridges) - The parking area between Shaikh Hamad Bridge and Shaikh Isa bin Salman Bridge offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the Muharraq Station, which is located opposite the Pearling Path Visitor and Experience Centre.
  • Bahrain National Museum - The parking area at the Bahrain National Museum offers boat trips to and from Bu Maher Fort every 20 minutes, for which a service fee is required.
  • Two designated street parking areas are available in Bu Maher, at Al Hala Sports Club, a parking plot near Turabi House, Halat Bu Maher Health Center parking, and parking near Abdulrahman Al Nasser Primary and Intermediate Boys School, Al Isteqlal Secondary Girls School, and Abu Obaida Bin Al Jarrah Primary Boys School.
  • Paid Parking Paid car parks are located near Al Alawi House, near Fakhro House, and near Memory of the Place - Bin Mattar House.
  • Valet Parking Valet parking is available at five locations. You can reserve your spot and complete the payment through the Amakin app. These locations are: Car Park 3 (near Al Alawi House), Car Park 2 (near Fakhro House), Parking Plot (in front of the Pearling Path Visitor and Experience Centre), Car Park 1 (near Memory of the Place – Bin Mattar House), and Parking Plot (near Siyadi House).

 

Transportation

  • Golf Carts - Golf buggies with drivers are available at seven stations. Service fees are paid directly when using them to travel between the festival stations. Hourly tours can be booked and paid for in advance online, with the additional option of reserving guided tours through the Tajawul website. The locations are Halat Bu Mahir Station, Car Park 3 (near Al Alawi House), Car Park 2 (near Fakhro House), Murad House Station, Souq Al Qaisariya Station, Pearling Path Visitor and Experience Centre Station, and Nukhidhah House Station.
  • Shuttle Buses - These are available from Muharraq Nights Parking (between the two bridges). The parking area between Shaikh Hamad Bridge and Shaikh Isa bin Salman Bridge offers a shuttle bus service to and from the Muharraq Station opposite the Pearling Path Visitor and Experience Centre, running every 15 minutes, with no service fees. The second location is the Marassi Galleria Station, which offers mall parking access and shuttle services to and from the festival at the Al Hala Sports Club parking area, also with no service fees.
  • Boat Trips - Boat trips provide access to the festival through the Bu Maher Fort port, with routes running every 20 minutes to and from various points. You can choose your preferred timings and purchase tickets through the MASAR app (except for the Bahrain National Museum Port, where tickets are available for purchase on-site).
