Pottery on the Wheel

Learn one of the oldest traditional crafts practiced in Bahrain through this interactive workshop.

Al Jasra Handicrafts Centre is hosting a ‘Pottery on the Wheel’ workshop, where you get to experience what it feels like to have the clay spin beneath your hands. Participants will be guided by experienced potters to make special art pieces that they can take home.

By learning how to form basic shapes and understanding the stages of the pottery process, artists will get to experience a messy, yet very engaging and unique experience.
