The Royal Bahrain Concours returns to the Royal Golf Club on 6 and 7 November 2026. Discover exceptional collector cars, live presentations, awards and refined hospitality at this two-day celebration of motoring.
Automotive heritage meets Gulf hospitality when the Royal Bahrain Concours returns for its second edition. Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the event brings rare machines, regional collectors and international guests together in Riffa. Whether you know every marque by sight or simply appreciate beautiful design, here is what to expect.
A concours with a distinctive Gulf character
A concours d'elegance celebrates cars for their history, design, craftsmanship and condition. The 2026 Royal Bahrain Concours will showcase 60 exceptional collector cars, with 40 drawn from significant GCC-based collections and 20 arriving from around the world. A further display of 200 members' cars will represent leading regional car clubs. The result promises a broad view of motoring culture, from historic icons to modern performance machines, all presented in landscaped surroundings rather than behind museum glass.
Two days, two different experiences
Friday 6 November is Premier Day. The published timetable begins at 12:30pm, followed by presentations of the concours cars and afternoon stage entertainment. Saturday 7 November is Prestige Day, when the focus turns to special categories and trophies. Planned highlights include the Restomod and Modified, Thirty Under 30 and 4x4 awards, followed by the class prizes, the Crown Prince of Bahrain Award and Best of Show. Live entertainment and a masterclass add variety, while the Grand Depart offers a final chance to hear the featured cars start their engines and leave the grounds. Timings remain subject to change.
Look beyond the main display
The headline cars may command attention, but the wider programme makes the event accessible to different generations of enthusiasts. Thirty Under 30 celebrates younger custodians of motoring heritage, while the Restomod and Modified category explores how contemporary engineering can renew a classic design. The 4x4 feature recognises vehicles that changed off-road travel. Saturday's programme also lists a Ladies Concours of rare and exotic cars owned by women, plus a Junior Concours featuring hand-built half-scale cars.
Enjoy the setting as well as the cars
The Royal Golf Club gives the concours room to breathe. Its green fairways in Riffa Views form an elegant backdrop for polished bodywork, while the open-air format encourages visitors to move between displays and pause for live activity. The organisers have announced local and international food and drink options, with VIP hospitality also planned. The venue is around a 20-minute drive from Manama in normal conditions, making the event easy to combine with a city stay. Allow extra travel time when the programme is busiest.
Plan your tickets and arrival
General admission is available for either day, alongside a two-day package. The official ticket page also lists reduced child admission for visitors under 12 when purchased with an adult ticket. Digital tickets can be shown on a mobile device. As an outdoor event, comfortable footwear is useful, and smart, polished casual clothing suits the refined setting. November is generally pleasant, but bring sun protection for the afternoon and a light layer for the evening.
Make it part of a Bahrain break
A visit can extend beyond the show field. Spend the morning exploring Manama's museums and souqs before heading to Riffa, or pair the concours with Bahrain's motorsport attractions in Sakhir. Book accommodation and transport early if travelling specifically for the event. Before setting out, check the official Royal Bahrain Concours website for the latest timetable, ticket conditions, parking information and programme updates. Then settle in for two days where remarkable cars and warm Bahraini hospitality share the spotlight.
